Private Courses

  1. Check out the courses you would like to study.
  2. If you prefer to download our registration form, fill up the form and send back to info@aifas.net along with the attachments in PDF form. Check out the courses you would like to study.
  3.  If you prefer to register online, fill up the form and submit. Attach copies of secondary school certificate/diploma certificate in PDF form.
  4. Choose the different payment options.
  5. If you want to pay cash, you can come and visit the institute and hand in your payment together with the registration form.
  6.  If you want to pay by bank, pay deposit amount at the designated institute’s bank accounts and send a copy of the receipt to the official phone numbers.
  7. The admission & registration office will call you upon receipt of the registration form and payment for  confirmation of enrollment.
Government subsidized programs

Admission procedures

  1. To avail of any government-subsidized programs, check out institute’s announcements.
  2. If you prefer to download our application form, fill up the form and send back to info@aifas.net along with the attachments.
  3. If you prefer to register online, fill up the form and submit. Attach copies of secondary school certificate/diploma certificate in PDF form.
  4. The admission & registration office will call you upon receipt of the registration form and documents.
  5. If there are companies looking for jobseekers and you meet the requirements, admission & registration department will call you for interview dates.

Payment

Tuition fees payment method for our private courses and companysponsored courses are cash, bank transfer, credit card or debit card before or on the day of registration.
You are required to pay an initial deposit before or at registration. There are discounts offered for those who pay in full upon registration. For those who choose the installment options, the remainder can be paid monthly and must be paid in full before issuance of the certificate.

Payment options:

  • Can be paid directly at the institute to the admission and registration section. Upon payment, a signed receipt will be given issued with the amount paid and the remainder.
  • You can pay directly into the institute’s bank account (see below) at any branch in the country. It is important that you send the paying-in slip to the official admission & registration numbers so that we know whose account to credit and when it was paid.

  • We accept cheque or drafts on Oman bank and made out in favour of “Arabian Institute”. You can bring the cheques in person to the institute between 8:00 and 2:00 Sundays to Thursdays. Or you can send them by post to:

  • Please note that students paying by cheque need to make payment at least five (5) working days before they intend to register to allow time for the payment to clear with the bank.

Most frequent questions and answers

Our courses have varying lengths in duration. Short courses are from 4 to 6 weeks while full courses take about 6 to 8 months. Government-subsidized courses are from 6 to 9 months.

The certificates are signed and stamped by the Ministry of Higher Education, Sultanate of Oman.

There are several options like cash, bank transfer, cheque, credit and debit cards.

Yes, the institute is open daily from 8:00 to 2:00 and from 4:30 to 6:30 Sundays to Thursdays.

If in the middle of a course, you decided to change, the institute allows such. You have to write a request and hand it to admission and registration with your complete name, file number, current course you are enrolled and the course you want to change to.
